Great concept, you have a bit of a chicken-and-the-egg problem where there's no places to rent and therefore no transactions. How do you see yourself getting past that?

Yes, I do. I am trying to get people to list in my local area first, and to get it to, hopefully , work here. And then grow it from there.

The idea is unique, but I think very few people will be interested in working with this, as coworking spaces are already available and usually affordable.

The idea seems interesting, however (and I dont mean to kill your spirit) I see one thing that could block people from renting a space: why would I trust a stranger to let them into my home? Similar to tenants: why would I trust a stranger and come to their house? Sorry to say this, but this idea seems like a predator magnet for all weird people that want to do weird stuff to others. Unless you provide some KYC process (which we all know is not bulletproof) I would rather stick to a cafe and work from there.

Do you have any plans to tackle that objection?

Yes, as a host, you are the one that decide if you want to accept or decline an offer. Meaning that if you want to first ask a coupe of questions, ask for some pics or similar - then you can do that.

I would find working from a stranger's house awkward. Also, if I was the one with the house, I wouldn't want a stranger using my bathroom.

I'm remote and working abroad. Cafes and coworking spaces work fine for me.

kind of. But the host is there at the same time as the renter. So, maybe more like couchSurfing but for desks.
