i think you have it backwards, you miss where the godot community manager has all kinds of hateful nwords rants? and the people who are hateful just have opinions like "how about we focus on the mission"

Wasn’t that an unofficial discord server mod, not a Godot community manager

I don't have anything backwards. The community manager never said those things.

seems pretty official to me, its the discord the main site directs everyone to and godot made this person the moderator of. and then that person has access to block people from the official x account?

Why are you asking me? I thought I had it backwards.

You clearly have an agenda with the way you're constructing your statements so let me break this down for you in little itsy bitzy bite sized pieces:

The statements you're referring to were self-referential, so no one is supporting the use of the words AND no one is getting banned for using satirical jokes against themselves. The statements were made by a non-foundation member.

This might be a complicated subject for you to understand, but please know I've tried my very best to make it easy for you.

But hey, if you're really peeved off about it and believe otherwise, it's open source. You can leave if you want to.

In my opinion politics should stay out of software but sadly it gets harder and harder every day. In any case - banning people (some of them contributors and developers) from all platforms only because they suggested that Godot should "focus on software instead of politics" is terrible and harms the project and its community. And all of this started because of a woke tweet which had nothing to do with Godot engine whatsoever. We are living in interesting times. I hope Godot does not follow all the other companies who walked the "go woke go broke" route.
