#2I wanted to renew some domains with Gandi yesterday, and noticed that their prices increased a lot this year. This Reddit post is the only article I could find about it.
.com/.net/.org/.dev are all around $40/year to renew now, up from about $25 six months ago.

Just transfer to namecheap, it's still $16.88 over there.

Just transfer to namecheap, it's still $16.88 over there.
Seems to be around that or even less at most places I looked. Gandi used to charge more, but not quite like this.

#5Cheapest .com renewal is $9.49 (at cosmotown.com).
I think for domain registrations/renewals you should just always go for the cheapest one (of course making sure it's not a scam and there is some basic customer service).
