Since my last post, I've implemented a pretty major update to my project. Given the substantial changes, do you think it would be acceptable to repost now, or should I wait for a more extended period to elapse?

Actually, you don't have to sign up to explore the website, If you encounter a login modal, simply click, and it should disappear.
