Agreed.
At least it should start to show you more after you make a few guesses wrong.
The one in Lenox hill, even 5BR5BA I was off by way more than half and thought the final rent was absurd until I saw all the pictures.

#7I like New York, but I just can't fathom spending $89000/year on rent with what looks to be a uninteresting and not fancy apartment. That $250 a day could be a lot more fun elsewhere around the country and world...

#9It is not reasonable for any working person to spend more than 4000 per month in rent for one person, as one can retire elsewhere in the state or country with that amount.

It is if you have to do in person work and can earn multiples extra of your home cost in the wages
