#7The reputational damage Apple is inflicting on itself in the eyes of developers is unbelievable. I have no idea how you would begin to quantify what proportion of the value of Apple products can be attributed to third-party software, but it's certainly not nothing, and a computing device without a wide range of quality software is certainly much less compelling.
They just seem hell-bent on burning every bridge they can.
