"Boring" is a pretty subjective criteria. I can't think of anything that isn't interesting to somebody.

Accounting. Honestly not sure why I get a thousand dollar bill for a user on the other end to click some buttons and auto gen some reports when I could have a ai do it for me.

I mean crikey xero costs me like 650+ a year and it is a glorified semi automated ledger.

There's gotta be enough coin in that to encourage a business to ai automate an accountant for small businesses. Xeros got like >4 million subscribers.
