#3The license is confusing. Github states its AGPL, text states it's not yet open source but sources available (so does the site). Then it states in the followup paragraph of the readme, that its AGPL for personal use and separate commercial license.
Either you're not revising your readme or someone mucked up. If it's AGPL the further commercial use constraint cannot apply. If it's source available state it so, with a free for personal use note.

#5The example on their page [0] says: "Baby, Don't Hurt Me" is a song written and recorded by American singer-songwriter and actress Patrice Rushen. I1 was released as the title track from her 1984 album of the same name.

The main focus is the daemon which we plan to make distributed.
We will also support multiple database backends and other distributed primitives.
