Also whether male across aisle, male in seat ahead or behind is considered an issue. It's a constraint problem similar to paying extra to not be near children.

That depends entirely on seating capicity and layout and specific numbers. Also whether male across aisle, male in seat ahead or behind is considered an issue. It's a constraint problem similar to paying extra to not be near children.

#10This seems a very low number; roughly on the same order as number of people who die in an air craft accident (that is: dozens or hundreds/year, rather than thousands or more).
