Very nice, I was looking for something like this. The only feedback I have is that on the frontpage it says "Download any tiktok video" but you support more websites than just tiktok. So maybe add that piece of information :)

The actual use case without this service is that. User find tiktok video, download it on their machine. User then find affiliate link. Create a social media post with video as attachments and affiliate link as a comments on the post. So this function will automate that and user just need to paste the video link and system will do the rest including post to their social media on behalf of them.
To the author: I had a look at this (from a mobile browser) but didn’t download anything through it. Other downloaders that I have used for YouTube show the different resolutions and file sizes available and allow me to choose which one I want to download. This site only has a single download video button where I don’t really know what quality/size I’m downloading. I hope you can look at that.

I am not a lawyer, here my 2 cents: Usage policy won't shield you since it's your server facilitating the download and distribution (allowing the user to download) part. Unlike a tool like youtube-dl which is self hosted and the responsibility falls on the user.
I have a question. Isn't it that youtube-dl offer same features? They let user download watermark free content from tiktok? Im selfhosting the backend too
