Suggestion: don't lose search strings. Example: in the search box type "Panda" -- a modal window pops up with 6 matches. Which one do I want? I click one. It fills the window. Nope, that is not the one. So I click the Back button-- and the search box is empty. I have to type "Panda" again. That is annoying. Probably you should just repaint the main window, with the search string intact but showing only the matching s…

I'm noting this one down. Great suggestion!

My wishlist for a service like this: - Let me select a streaming service and get an A-Z listing of all available titles - Show me if shows are censored/modified in any way or missing episodes - Show me if shows are included with the price of subscription or if you have to pay more on top of what you're already paying (a huge problem with amazon) - Work without JS enabled

We'll be implementing as a quick follow-up :)

To better understand your use case, I'm wondering how you would like to navigate an A-Z list. Is there a specific reason for a full list, or would you rather be able to search and display only content that is available on your service selection?

Features I would like: a country filter and a way to select which streaming services I have access to. And if I search for something show that it is not available with my filters.

This is one of our top feature requests and we'll be implementing it very soon. Thanks for your feedback.

Nice app! Congrats on launching! I was about to start building something similar but a bit different use case (maybe you can add it to your app?): if the tv show is not available in my country, I want to be able to set an email alert and get an email notification when it becomes available.

Oh that is definitely on our roadmap and something I've been heavily thinking about. Stay tuned!

Another idea: let me see what’s newest to streaming that has good reviews. And what’s about to come out. I currently use the rotten tomatoes new to streaming page for this; but I wish it was better.

I've seen this request/idea pop up more than a few times now, so I'm jotting it down as one of the features we'll consider implementing sooner rather than later. Thank you for your feedback!

> Realizing the need for a streamlined solution, I created one. Now you can effortlessly find your desired content and simplify your entertainment journey beyond borders. Same here, but over year ago I just switched to private torrents. I am done with platforms throwing obstacles for me to navigate in order to watch a show. Those companies can compete with torrents. Early netflix and HBO were winning subscriptions fr…

I definitely understand your struggle, which is why I created whereto.stream. We hope to find even more effective ways to help people stream or at least understand how to navigate these and similar obstacles that are preventing them from doing so.

I want to be able to select 'I have Hulu, Netflix, Apple+, Amazon' and get an A-Z list of every movie/series I have access to, and then be able to filter that using tags or categories. I don't ever want to see stuff that I'd have to pay extra for, like Hulu if I decide to pay extra for Showtime, or Amazon if I decide to pay an extra $5 to rent it.

Definitely would be useful and worth adding but think the idea was to show other countries (for VPN IP-spoofing purposes). Agree though it should have home country as the default (but also still show other countries in case your home country isn't streaming).

Random question, what VPN is good for location spoofing. My current vpn doesn't work for this purpose which is annoying

If you only need a single country, nothing beats a tiny VPS company based there. The kind of place where setting the VPS up takes a few hours because an employee has to do it manually. Those companies are usually small enough to escape the notice of streaming giants.

Improvement ideas: let the user set their country. If I live in Germany, and I don't want to bother with VPN, knowing that a TV show is available in Argentina and 30 other countries is not important. Also, I don't think this takes care of the case where some seasons of a show is available but not the others. Maybe that's also the reason for false negatives in some cases (others mentioned this). Another thing: be able…

JustWatch already has all that.
