#4Comparing an industrial rocket company to Aerospace seems like a stretch. How about including passengers when comparing to an "Aerospace" company like Boeing?

#5It might be a stretch comparison, but if like to know whether the authors believed that they had other better data points or industry averages to refer to. Ultimately, the question is… “is spaceX putting profits above people”. And then how do you measure that in terms of industry norms.

#7The injury rates are about the same as construction or ship building industries. Which is what SpaceX's sites are more similar to rather than extremely clean precise cleanroom facilities like in the rest of the industry. Right now they're building office buildings and parking garages at Boca Chica.
The numbers are not extremely high nor are they "alarming".
