A new chatbot has appeared on the LMSys Chatbot Arena ( https://chat.lmsys.org/ ), labeled `gpt2-chatbot`.
In some early tests it appears to be stronger than current SOTA models like GPT-4 and Claude 3 Opus.
To try it yourself, go to https://chat.lmsys.org/ and choose `gpt2-chatbot` from the dropdown (note that it's slow and severely rate-limited - you only get 8 turns).
