With the new FTC ruling invalidating non-compete clauses, do you think that there will be more company hopping? It seemed to me that there was less of the '18-24 months, then move' culture in WA and TX than in CA.

#2I don’t think so. It could be more governed by the opportunities. There is not as much startup and vc activity in Wa compared to CA.

#3Probably not? NCs in WA were just "don't update LinkedIn". Plenty of 18-24 month hopping happening in the tech world (even non-tech focused companies) in WA.
