Well, presumably there's some people who wouldn't be able to afford the upfront tuition? But you're right, $30k (in the worst case) is a lot of money to pay for less than a year of bootcamp.
$30k is also enough to pay for a shitload of American state schools BS in Computer Science program. WTF That's about what I and my friends paid! That includes room and board in an expensive dorm (it was part of the honors program I was in) and a meal plan with the school.
Or a masters in CS 1 year program from the Arizona State

I'm refuting the notion that your only choices are college degrees or bootcamps.
There are absolutely other choices. But those choices won't work for the vast majority of people.
There are also other careers with which you can make a good living.
Not everything can be for everybody.

#384I'm currently interviewing with them for a position as instructor. Since I'm located outside of the US, I know nothing about them and decided to do some digging, and I'm happy I did. I'm really passionate about teaching, and they have been actually scamming people instead of helping them out. I am appalled.
