Not everything has to be nuanced. For young folks it might be not so obvious.
Like being contacted outside of working hours or being scolded for taking sick leave.
Nowadays I am experienced and in position in life where any of the mentioned above I would turn away and walk or turn off my phone. But I was also young guy some time ago that would go extra mile to please employer and would feel bad for calling in sick.

I've talked to folks early in their careers at toxic/crappy companies who don't realize they should leave, because they're told "well we're a startup, of course we can't afford X", when X is something akin to items on this list.
These items may seem obvious, but in the same way that someone in a toxic relationship may need to be told "it's a problem if your bf/gf monitors your text messages", I can see this being useful for some folks in their first jobs.

Some people need to hear it. People who immigrate to the west almost always need to hear this. It's 11 bullet points, not War & Peace.
