I guess technically "you can add the feed to the end of our list" is forking the repo and submitting a PR, but...

#6I’ve been wanting to add an omnibus RSS feed, but haven’t had the time. Let me know if you can think of easy ways to merge a bunch of RSS feeds!

#7I understand that adding a site requires a PR to have some barrier to entry, but reporting should probably be more accessible.
