#3It'd be cool to see something like this that integrates with e.g. Bitwarden to handle existing 2FA secrets.

No but you could wake up once a day or so and calculate the 2FA codes for the next 1-2 days. You could even send a silent push notification to devices to have them wake up and re-check.
