I don't know how but it claims to support Microsoft Office and PDFs. Would be good if there was a bit more info on the site (like screenshots)...

Google Docs has version control baked in.

Ah true. I meant explicit version control (e.g. you can tag/name a version and go back to it later).

It's primarily for websites but can be used for anything, from PDFs to images.

#8I'd be keen to try it but it seems your email validation only accepts first order domains which kind of rules out anyone using .co.uk, .com.au etc :(
