I have no idea what a pain point is. I put in a subreddit I watch and am waiting for the report to find out.

this is for r/devops

seems to find 'pain points' from ppl complaining on the sub and suggests product ideas to fix it.

Yeah, sorry for the lack of context. I assumed that terminology made sense outside of my little Twittersphere.
