I’ve seen some sites use “bunnycdn.ru” is it the same? Does it have any affiliation with Russia?

How did you check they are using CloudFlare?
If you check their document request in the browsers network tab, you can see two response headers, cf-cache-status, cf-ray which are appended by Cloudflare.
Appending /cdn-cgi/trace is also a good tell.
