SEEKING WORK | Remote | Product / Web

I know how to write and design apps for the browser, work well with teams, can function on the product or engineering side.

My recent hobby project https://www.blacksheepwall.tv/.

I'm looking for interesting projects to help with, either hands on coding or designing or if you need help figuring out direction or assessing some decisions.

SEEKING WORK | Prague, Czech Republic | Remote: Yes Technologies: Python, Django, Flask, Django Rest Framework, TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, Redis, Docker, Google Cloud (CCP), AWS

Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/marek-vybiral/

I'm a senior software engineer with over 10 years of experience. I've worked with startups, big companies, and co-founded and exited two business. My main focus is backend development with Python Django but over the years I've touched many different technologies (React, Objective-C, C#, C++, Go, WebRTC, etc.).

I love to solve hard problems in simple ways and to get from zero to one as swiftly as possible while not sacrificing quality. To achieve this I always try to deeply understand the business perspective of the product and identify the most important areas to focus on. The combination of management and deep technical skills is what I feel is my biggest strength.

I am available for a fixed term contract which may be a perfect fit to build your MVP or help your startup right after seed round before you scale up the team. I also have my two friends and colleagues with pretty similar background (senior full stack engineer and product manager/designer) at disposal in case your project is more demanding. Let me know on LinkedIn if you are interested.

SEEKING WORK || USA registered co-op, remote OK Tech: Javascript / Node anything (frameworks, flavors, engines), Python, deployment, hosting, etc forms of web development. Full stack, devops, integrations. Also recently we have a lot of new members with Java / Spring, Ruby / Rails, PHP, and web game dev (pixijs, phaser).

I'm a member of the software engineering co-op 508.dev LLC. We're web-environment specialized developers that as a team for previous clients have upgraded old builds to be serverless (jovono.com) and project managed, architected, and built from scratch an entire SASS frontend for a Ycombinator startup (cofactr.com).

Our site is https://508.dev. My personal resume as the founder and lead engineer is https://calebjay.com/resume.html.

Thanks to an interview by a niche Youtuber as well as a little recruitment effort here on HN, our co-op membership has exploded, so we have lots of new stacks and skills available, like data science, game dev, and more backend stacks involving for example Java / Spring. We also finally have some PHP and Ruby folks around! We have no minimum project size and have plenty of capacity right now for projects large and small.

Happy to chat about work you need doing, joining our team, our somewhat unique structure as a co-op, or whatever else, at caleb@508.dev. I actually really like chatting so hit me on email about literally whatever :)
