blank fields vs 0 results in NaN in results; auto evaluate blank == 0?

I quite like the multiple result columns; very nice feature.

Today's world; the "remaining principle" at 1, 5, 10, 15 years might be a good number to have: people refi out of mortgages instead of concluding them.

I always liked to do a full amortization schedule, sometimes even graphing princlple vs interest in time; when i do these on spreadsheets. not useful for this presentation, i think.

Thank you for your response. I will try to do something about blank values.

As for the other features, I think I will stop here only, as I created this to give a rough estimation rather than a complete breakdown. There are amazing tools out there that do an excellent job at EMI, graph, prepayment, etc.

This tool won't give you a precise answer but can give you a high-level estimate that you are not straining your finances. Keep a look at those red values
