#3It doesn't matter though, they're rapidly turning into a very attractive takeover target with their stock price so depressed. The decision will so be taken out of their hands.

#6No,the reason why Disney movies fail is because they are bland rehash of already existing movies, who follow marketing instead of authors/directors. In general, I'm really disappointed in new movies from known directors, the worst being in my mind, Ridley Scott (who created the best medieval movie in 2007, and now all his recent film shit on historical realism, enough to bother me. And since my father worked on two of his recent movies, I had/have to watch it :/)
