What if war became just a couple of countries intelligence bots crunching digits of pi until one came up with a new one. That country would be the winner and they could ask one thing from the 'losing' side that didn't result in destruction or terror.

Humans being humans, they'd then want to start destroying the other sides ability to design/make/run/maintain/afford pi digit crunching intelligence bots. I've read that payment processors don't like dealing with porn companies because of the very high rate of chargebacks they attract, not because the processors are Puritans...

If that were the case, and it was B2B where pricing tiers are more acceptable, would they not simply have a "porno tax"?

Isn't that putting the causation backwards? The point is that believing absurdities leads to committing atrocities, not that committing atrocities leads to believing absurdities.

People paying for their API must be their customers, I mean, if there is no one paying for their API, how do they make money? (Besides ChatGPT+)

What I'm seeing these days is that you're always the product, because advertisers are one more customer, and everyone wants more customers, and the individuals who care about privacy don't "weigh enough" to win tug-of-war with the majority of people who don't care.
