we are looking for a backend developer for our project. We are a startup that wants to build a POD software. Right now, we are hiring as a freelance job full time. However, we really want a long term partnership, if we see that we can work together well. More information about the project we can discuss later on.

What we need: - a backend developer that can manage his/ her time well - dedicated and loyal developer - best is someone who stands behind our idea and brand

What we can give: - a good working environment in a small team - total freedom on time management - most important for us is that everyone feels good. In case of an emergency or anything else your health and family goes first - long term partnership with higher pay in the long run

Right now, since we are a startup we will be able to pay 40€ per hour. However, we intend to increase the hourly rate when we see that we can work together in a longterm partnership.
