Gen Z employees discovered the secret to getting a bigger raise–switch jobs

I feel articles like this paint a false picture. That just jumping jobs and 'negotiating', i.e. 'ask for more money' is the step ladder to a high salary. This might work when the market is hot and demand is high. But the 2023 current market does not seem to be this... And as a hiring, a CV that shows consistent 2 year jumps would give me pause.
