Seems like an awesome company. I understand you're the Engineering Lead but I just applied to the Product Operations role!

I was in a lead position in data quality and data labeling at my previous company (in finance) where I was responsible for creating training datasets (snowflake), running inference operations (github actions) and reporting on model performance (looker/hex). I could bring a lot of value and experience, especially to the Financial Categorization use case at Surge.

LMK if it's okay to DM you my personal info to pass along.

Earlier quoted context omitted.

Because they are trying to discourage people from applying. Given their post history on whoishiring threads, I would confidently say they are just prepping to H1B someone.

Looking at their linkedin profile, they appear to be Slovenia-based so I'm saying that theory is likely incorrect and they're also unlikely to pay US-value compensation. https://www.linkedin.com/company/nightwatch-/people/

True, they have only one employee on linkedin. Looks like an imaginary company. I have been seeing the same ad for years.
