I tried this some years ago. There was a hard limit on the number of computers you can connect to the community edition. I think it was 15.

Would this work for a RPi? In particular the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B V1.2 model? This might be a little overkill but I was looking for something to monitor cpu temp (with graphs to show temp minute by minute over a week for example), cpu usage, ram, disk space, network access, etc.

Have you looked into netdata? It can do this and much more, it’s very flexible. No relation, just a big fan!

Things might have changed, but there aren't that many vm/docker monitoring projects named cockpit that I can confuse this with.
