The plans in other papers suggest its not "a few private jets." Its a massive, expensive fleet of custom or converted tankers, running for a long time, dropping enough material to turn whatever is below into an ecological disaster.

...And its still an appealing plan. Thats, unfortunately, the magnitude of the crisis.
