Also being censored on Wikipedia - editors there have collaborated to remove references to her accusations from Sam Altman's page.

Flagging is done by users, not YC themselves. Once you reach a certain karma you get the option to flag posts and comments.

While not yet flagged, this submission how now been removed from the HN front page where it reached #6. It's the responsibility of this site to keep this story from being censored.

YC can definitely also flag stories. This was just removed from the front page even though it wasn't flagged. They need to keep this alive if they want any shred of credibility.

Yeah, a post from 2 hours ago with no comments and 5 points is on the frontpage but not this. Strange.

It was flagged for a short while but someone probably vouched for it (another feature you get after a certain karma). The existing flags probably adds a downweight to it.
