Firebase moved from Container Registry to Artifact Registry for Cloud Functions builds this AM and it looks like that update changed the default storage bucket environment variable for all function builds.

Nothing is being reported on their status page but if you see spikes in storage failures, you will need to explicitly override the `storageBucket` parameter when initializing firebase admin.
