Current iOS browser situation is quite a joke. Recently they added possibility for other browsers to "Add page to Home Screen". But this shortcut later opens in Safari...

Indeed, it will be so great when web developers can just force everyone to use chrome.

The Reuters article mentions a list of dos and donts but I couldn't easily find this after a quick search, does anyone know where it's available?

Everything? I don't understand from this article or it's links what this is actually about.

This is the actual quote from Breton, EU Commissioner for Internal Market:
