Airlines check government issued ID against a central database when you fly. This is standard and expected in air travel, and is not in social media.
Sweet. But as long as the EU doesn't have a big company in the social media market, the Asia/US giants will get away with it.
They're not "getting away with it" though? They're being fined a large sum of money.
Will they be blocked from the EU? Is there some international way that they can get a US or Chinese company to pay up?
