I founded and have run https://jsonip.com for about 13 years and have scaled it to currently support several million requests a day.

I have over 15 years of experience in web development at all levels of the stack, from DB and writing backend API's to full frontend implementations (think html/css/js, creating frontend frameworks, etc).

I'm very interested in some new challenges to tackle and grow my skill set.

In particular, I'm extremely interested in roles that involve building dev tools and improving the workflows of fellow engineers.

I've recently been working on ChatGPT/OpenAI projects.

SEEKING WORK || USA registered co-op, remote OK Tech: Javascript / Node anything (frameworks, flavors, engines), Python, deployment, hosting, etc forms of web development. Full stack, devops, integrations.

I'm a member of the software engineering co-op 508.dev LLC. We're web-environment specialized developers that as a team for previous clients have upgraded old builds to be serverless (jovono.com) and project managed, architected, and built from scratch an entire SASS frontend for a Ycombinator startup (cofactr.com).

Our site is https://508.dev. My personal resume as the founder and lead engineer is https://calebjay.com/resume.html.

We've had enough time open up to take on a new full time project, but are also happy to take a look at smaller or short-term needs, including consultancy, upgrades, or filling a dev team's gaps. There's no minimum team or project size (for now) - if you just need one dev for a little bit, let us know!

Happy to chat about work you need doing, joining our team, our somewhat unique structure as a co-op, or whatever else, at caleb@508.dev. I actually really like chatting so hit me on email about literally whatever :)

SEEKING FREELANCER | Remote-Global (minimum 2 hours overlap with EST working day) Technologies: Typescript/Next.js/Supabase/Tailwind

We're building a marketplace that connects designers and startups. Backed by YC, W20.

Looking for a full-stack freelance engineer to extend our current Typescript stack to build out: - Customer-facing frontend in React + Tailwind on Next.js. Designs would be made by world-class designers, because that's what our startup specializes in. - A backend primarily in Supabase, with as little server maintenance as possible (our backend is currently just some Vercel serverless functions that send data between Stripe and Airtable) - Underlying matching engine to better match designers and startups, based on need skill and taste

Would be ongoing part-time work to start, with potential to go full-time depending on results. You'd collaborate closely with the founders (including myself), as well as our top-caliber designers, and be involved in formative technical decisions that will shape our stack.

Ideally you:

- Shipped a high-quality React + Tailwind product before from its first commits to production

- Led frontend efforts

- Enjoy architectural questions

- Are interested in AI engineering, vector databases, excited to tinker with multi-modal LLMs

- Love great product design and want to see it spread as software continues to eat the world

- Have at least 4 years of professional work experience
