#3Not really insightful. My account was also one with no tweets and no followers for 5 years though I did actively use twitter to read stuff and follow people i liked.
The article is trying hard to create a news where there is none as I guess majority of people are like this and only use it to read and follow intresting people.

What seems far more likely is that these accounts are being created en masse to participate in paid follower campaigns, and that following Musk is part of the onboarding process for the accounts. We saw the same thing happening with Trump a few years ago, for example.

#5If I'd have to guess median flower and following count for Twitter users, I'd say they're both below ten. So the only thing I'm wondering about is the low tweet count. What this article lacks is a comparison to other celebrities' followers.

What conclusions can we even draw from this? I have a Twitter account with zero followers.
