#2Well, when you force users to login at least 1/month to keep their handle/account, you're 100% going to get an inorganic and non-truthful MAU metric, especially if you define that "A" to be <=20 seconds.

#6As Twitter burns down, the stats will keep getting better and better. Saw it with USSR.
Needless to say, bots are constantly registering, and rate limits forces lots of bots accounts to scrape or post, so users will always "reach new high" at any point in time. It's a bit like bragging a stock price chart is at an all time-right.

I don't use Twitter/X but why wouldn't hate speech be down?
Maybe hate speech is down but it's definitely more visible. The main difference on Twitter for me is today the most visible people in any thread are, by virtue of paying for Twitter Blue, manchildren who idolize Elon. some of them are pretty bigoted
Any popular tweet is going to have their asinine takes on top, and for very popular tweets that's all you'll see.
