I’m a big advocate of reducing Zoom/screen fatigue by doing manual labor after the work day. Do a home maintenance project, throw a ball with the kids in the backyard, etc.
The hard part is to start, but once you have done it, you feel better. Even a simple chore like cleaning will help. Going to the supermarket will not, since you can get quiet and focused on the physicality. Just walking outside will do it you have nothing to do.
Long day = taking a break at lunch and after work to just lay on it, look up into the leaves, and listen to the wind in the tree
