Assume half of them are sleeping there should still be a couple billion Meta user online about now and only 2 million of them so far have downloaded it? I agree that 2M "signups" is not actually impressive, but I'm not sure where you're getting the figure of 3-4 billion DAUs for Instagram. Everything I'm seeing is significantly lower than that.
