I've attained extensive experience in a variety of standards bodies, community software projects and leadership positions, and I'm keen to take on roles related to strategy and leadership in FOSS and Open Standards, for instance as part of a Open Source Program Office (OSPO). As for technologies, I'm something of a programming polyglot, regularly using everything from C and Go to Clojure and Lisp. I primarily specialise in Functional Programming and secure, reproducible software package supply chains. Also available for consulting/contracts: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=36576947. Always happy to chat about opportunities and to answer any questions!

Hello! I am a software engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, more than 10 years of experience and 10 professional certifications earned after a lot of study and hard work.

You can see several technologies in the above list but I personally prefer to work with anything related to the Rust Programming Language. Backend? Blockchain? Compilers? DevOps? Embedded? Mobile? I am totally onboard as long as you have a little bit of Rust involved.

For more information, take a look at my CV (https://c410-f3r.github.io/curriculum.pdf) or my GitHub account (https://github.com/c410-f3r).

Greetings!

I'm Fernando, Principal Engineer at Megali (https://megali.dev) - a software development agency based in Brazil. During the last 8 years, I've had the privilege of delivering bespoke software solutions designed around unique business needs for partners all around the world.

My expertise ranges from end-to-end BE/FE development to data pipelines and custom machine learning models. I'm very comfortable working on fast paced environments, small and large teams, directly with startup founders or as a third party service provider for companies. I'm pragmatic, with a founder's mindset, I value agility, value generation and craftsmanship. Note that this offering is to work direct with me, but I can come up with and manage a larger team if necessary, given availability. I've just ended my last contract and I'm looking for new opportunities to apply my skills, helping you to achieve success in your projects, in a timely manner, with quality, peace of mind and within your budget!
