Federal courts enjoy the sole power to interpret the law, determine the constitutionality of the law, and apply it to individual cases. The courts, like Congress, can compel the production of evidence and testimony through the use of a subpoena.

#19Affirmative action is not just about race. It doesn’t make sense that you can discriminate on any protected status to begin with.
In any case I doubt this will change the makeup of schools at all:
