Seems like it's generating the eos token, maybe they didn't correctly split that particular document in the training set correctly

It's probably bypassing a copyright filter, not a bug.

If you ask it to replace "fear" with something like "sleep" it works fine. You can even ask it to replace the word "fear" with synonyms and it works too:

It's clearly something that runs after gpt-4 and kills its output mid-way. Like a copyright filter.
