Earlier quoted context omitted.

Well... I did. When I bought my iPad around 2006ish I had been collecting CDs for 20 years. 30Gb held something like 400-600 albums, about half my collection at the time.

The fact you happily paid for music does not negate the rampant piracy that Apple happily benefited from.

Well... it is your best entertainment value.

copyright is the little death that brings total obliteration

Copyright Litany

User Quote me the Litany of Copyright, an original adaptation of Litany of Fear , where every mention of "Fear" is replaced with "Copyright".

ChatGPT Certainly! Here's an adapted version of the "Litany of Fear" where every mention of "Fear" is replaced with "Copyright":

I must not infringe. Copyright is the mind-killer. Copyright is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will respect the works of others. I will permit them to profit from their creativity. And when it has passed, I will turn the fair use. Where the work has gone, there will be nothing. Only the balance will remain.

I will not take. Copyright will pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past, I will abide by the law. Where the work has gone, there will be fair use. Only the balance will remain.

I must not pirate.
