Noise Can Take Years Off Your Life

My downstair's neighbor has a dog so loud and yappy that I can hear it through a concrete floor. Maybe I should sue them on grounds their untrained, accessory dog is taking years off my life.

Sometimes the dog only barks incessantly when the owner is not home.

One solution may be to stimulate the dog ultrasonically when the owner is home.

This is very true. Background noise tortures me. Especially those leaf blowers. Three hours of that and my day is ruined. Really pisses me off, and I fear one day I’ll lose my cool on some poor laborer just trying to make a living. Couldn’t they make a quiet version?
