#32Twitch is getting close to that. They directly inject video ads into streams at random times causing you to miss parts of streams. uBlock Origin seemed to have a way around that with some extra setup but it's only a matter of time before it's completely transparent, seamless, and technically unblockable by client-side addons.
Part of me wonders why they haven't done so yet.
