University might be a strong word to describe this website, but the lack of an edu tld should have lowered your expectations going in.

It seems more like Draper University than like PragerU. It's a good faith attempt to educate people AFAICT.

Most US universities have all course material available online in similar fashion.

I think this is less true than it used to be. At my university, most material is locked up behind a Learning Management System (LMS) like Canvas.
