Very reductive compared to what he says.
Every corporate entity large enough has its set of the gatekeepers, professional politicians, opportunists and vultures.
These are not easy to qualify of stakeholders, often even impossible to categorize officially as stakeholder in a project charter but still need absolutely to be detected and managed upfront.
