No aim. There is the common submission on here of "Who's hiring?" so I want to know which startups are NOT hiring but ARE growing.

I've posted before but never got any traction. I think this question is a lot more relevant today when you have tech companies laying off all the "fluff"

The company I'm working for at the moment. We probably need another developer or two, but management aren't hiring anyone at the moment, so that's unlikely to change anytime soon.
