#4This is bad for Block. I hope. It's incredible that since 2008 it actually seemed immensely easier to skirt regulations and laws (under the banner of 'innovation'), and not just in finance. Just about all of silicon valley seems to have run the longest and broadest grift we've seen.
This year's gonna get real interesting.

Hindenburg research outed actual, verifiable fraud by Nikola and Adani group. Haven’t even looked at these claims yet, but to say they make “ludicrous claims” in general is just not accurate.

Short sellers are essentially litmus tests. If you're all legit, they'll get wrecked, if you're doing dumb things, you're about to get found out.
