I think they wanted to add it for a dramatic pause. Maybe an ellipsis would work better. "As soon as you start using TrollBlock you are friends... with everyone." This reminds me of the Professional where Gary Oldman says "Bring me everyone. EVERYONE." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JB_deAcoC2I
